A Day at the Lake With Your Havanese Puppy
Lake trip checklist for Havanese PuppiesOnce your puppy gets older, you can take him to the lake for some fun! Be smart when deciding whether to take your Havanese puppy with you and check the temperature and humidity first. If you do decide to take little Fido along, here are the essential items you should take with you.
- First aid kit
- Paws Aboard puppy life jacket
- Puppy harness and PetBuckle Tether –to keep your pup attached to the boat (although I don’t advise taking your puppy boating)
- Leash, collar, and ID tag
- Puppy cooling mat
- Puppy sun visor and goggle sun glasses –to protect their eyes
- Pet sunscreen
- Towel
- Waste bags
- Food and water station -always have water available
- Puppy pads
- Umbrella or shady area that your puppy can access anytime
